About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display, and native channels
2. Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting, and optimization of campaigns across channels with goals to increase new user acquisition and scale
3. Analyze business performance and marketing channels on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis across all consumer touchpoints
4. Handle GMV across the campaign and deliver platform GMV & ROAS
5. Drive global strategy and execution of top-of-funnel campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition
6. Be fully accountable for achieving set KPIs including website traffic & store traffic, new customer acquisition, ROAS, and CPA within budget
7. Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.)
8. Create extensive analytical reports to gain insights and help optimize performance marketing campaigns
9. Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital spending and performance based on the insights

Skill(s) required

Digital Marketing Google AdWords Google Analytics MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing

In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook ads, & Google Analytics

Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics

Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills

Driven, self-motivated, organized, and excited about what we can achieve together

Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills

Working experience working on new acquisition, remarketing, & retention campaigns

Working proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Excel, and creating data visualizations on data studio or Tableau

Should be proactive and have a passion for improving business

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
