As a marketing coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts through various channels, including social media, WhatsApp, email, and CRM management. We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy marketing coordinator to assist in implementing our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and support our senior team members in various marketing-related tasks.

Key responsibilities:

1. Bulk WhatsApp and email campaigns: Send targeted marketing campaigns to our database via WhatsApp and email.
2. Assist in client appointments: Assist seniors in taking appointments with clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
3. Database collection: Visit different associations and collect databases of their members, expanding our network and potential client base.
4. Quotation support: Assist seniors in sending quotations to clients.
5. CRM management: Enter data into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Marketing support: Provide administrative support for marketing-related tasks, such as campaign tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
7. Content creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our marketing campaigns.
8. Team collaboration: Work closely with our senior team members to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies.
