Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms
2. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences and behaviors to help create effective promotional campaigns
3. Develop and maintain relationships with online influencers, affiliates, and bloggers to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our platforms
4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews and comments to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Collaborate with other teams to optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to increase visibility and sales
6. Work to stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and technologies to develop and implement new promotional strategies

Probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
