Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and close inbound and outbound leads
2. Actively prospecting via cold calls
3. Be adept at utilizing lead-generation software
4. With CRM proficiency, manage and provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline
5. Manage a highly consultative sales cycle
6. Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment
7. Prepare emails and newsletters to send to customers
8. Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms

Requirements:

1. Experience in B2B sales
2. Proven success in managing complex sales cycles
3. Can work independently and manage time
4. Have a process-driven sales approach and proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads
5. Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling directly
6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
7. You have a proven track history of establishing successful and results-oriented client relationships
8. Strong teamwork ethic, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
