SolidCAM India is looking for a creative, analytical 'Digital Marketing Specialist' to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the leader and pioneer for all our marketing efforts and will also be working on creating and developing marketing strategies and content for various media platforms such as the web, social media, and blogs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events
2. Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
3. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
5. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
6. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
7. Improve brand awareness using digital media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
8. Work on developing content for LinkedIn
9. Monitor the impact and return on investment of all marketing campaigns
10. Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
Requirements:
1. A bachelor s degree in marketing or a similar field
2. Knowledge of digital marketing automation software like MailChimp etc.
3. Knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, etc.
4. Knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
5. Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget
6. Creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Strong interpersonal skills
9. Good creative writing skills
10. Ability to work well in a team environment
11. Strong analytical skills
12. Highly developed attention to detail
13. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator a plus
14. Must be based out of Pune
