We are looking for a passionate and experienced 'Digital Marketing Coach/Teacher' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create engaging content for our social media handles. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing education to students, both online and offline, and contributing to the growth of our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Course delivery:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing lessons based on the course curriculum.
- Teach students through both online and offline classes, ensuring engagement and understanding.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles (lectures, interactive sessions, hands-on activities, etc.).
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and assess assignments, projects, and exams.
2. Curriculum development
- Update and enhance the curriculum to reflect the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Develop course materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Create real-world case studies and projects to provide practical experience.
3. Student support
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly.
- Organize and conduct extra sessions or workshops as needed.
4. Content creation
- Create engaging and informative content for our social media handles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop blog posts, videos, infographics, and other digital content to promote our courses and brand.
5. Marketing and promotion
- Participate in marketing activities to promote the digital marketing course.
- Conduct free webinars and workshops to attract potential students.
- Engage with the local community and educational institutions to build partnerships.
6. Continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training programs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the course and teaching methods.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
2. Proven experience in digital marketing (5+ years preferred).
3. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
5. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to create engaging and informative content.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
