Job Description -
Your role as a key member of our Domain Team consisting of Company Secretaries and

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze changes to the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and
Secretarial Standards and disseminate it to our client base and the professional community
2. Prepare documents, checklists, flowcharts encompassing the existing provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and LODR, 2015 to assist the tech team for building automation
3. Support the sales team by conducting Product demos
4. Provide onboarding support to our clients
