Key Responsibilities:

A. E-commerce Strategy and Planning:
1. Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth and expansion in the e-commerce space
2. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage

B. Product Catalog Management:
1. Manage the product catalog on e-commerce platforms, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels
2. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is displayed on the website
3. Optimize product categorization, attributes, and search functionality to enhance the overall customer experience
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, and content, to ensure the timely and accurate execution of website updates and enhancements

C. Customer Experience and Support:
1. Continuously improve the customer experience on e-commerce platforms by identifying pain points, implementing user-friendly features, and optimizing checkout processes
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve online orders, payments, and product information issues

Analytics and Reporting:
1. Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value
2. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving e-commerce operations and achieving revenue targets
3. Stay updated on emerging e-commerce technologies and tools, and leverage them to enhance the company's ecommerce capabilities

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales growth
3. Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, user experience (UX) principles, and digital marketing strategies
4. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Purplle, Smytten, Firstcry, etc)
5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insight
6. Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
7. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
