1. Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, meeting customer delivery requirements
2. Manage logistics schedules, ensuring that deliveries are properly scheduled and planned
3. Work on monitoring all in-transit shipments to ensure timely delivery
4. Work on tracking and recording all logistics issues
5. Arrange reverse pickups from customer side
6. Handle all incoming return requests
7. Prepare NDR (non-delivery report) & RTO (return to origin) report
8. Prepare logistics preformation report
9. Track all COD returns to ensure RTO is delivered to the right locations
10. Work on quality checking for all the returned items and managing Inventory workflow for all returned items
11. Negotiate with shipping companies and carriers to obtain the best possible rates and services
12. Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
13. Develop and implement logistics strategies and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
14. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and logistics
15. Manage logistics budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and within budgetary limits
16. Work in an office environment and may be required to travel to shipping facilities, warehouses, or other logistics-related locations (the job may involve occasional extended hours or weekends to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials)
Required:
1. Energetic, extremely organized individual who is just starting his career and is keen to understand the e-commerce industry by putting in the work
2. 1+ years in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate with shipping companies and carriers to obtain the best possible rates and services
7. Knowledge of logistics software and systems
8. Understanding of local/state regulations related to transportation and logistics
9. Experience in managing logistics budgets
10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
11. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
12. Must be able to use a computer and other office equipment

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,88,000 /year
