About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle and improve our e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, etc.).
2. Learn growth hacks and implement them in our e-commerce accounts.
3. Manage the listing of products.
4. Supervise digital marketing and product photography.
5. Supervise designs of our printable products.
6. Plan future growth strategies and implement them.
7. Recruit interns whenever needed.
8. Manage our outsourced account management company to grow sales.
