Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow online sales (Amazon, website, Flipkart)
2. Build and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook)
3. Plan monthly marketing calendar (email concepts and copy, homepage rotations, promotions, social media)
4. Develop a database
5. Manage order processing in line with the operations department related to e-commerce orders
