About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Snapdeal, Jiomart, and other marketplaces
2. Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data/specifications/images/ pricing/discounts, etc.
3. Manage the entire inventory records and order fulfillment process with detail and accuracy & coordinate with brands and account/category managers
4. Work on preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
5. Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the industry as well as collect competitor intelligence
6. Coordinate the involvement of tech support, content writers, management, marketing team, and other company personnel to meet account performance objectives and consumer expectations
7. Prepare regular MIS experience of running and optimizing paid media campaigns on Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads platforms
8. Monitor and manage customer reviews and complaints related to product concerns and the assortment
9. Manage reports generation, sales analysis, and replenishment of inventory to avoid out-of-stock of critical SKUs
10. Work on analyzing aging stock and trying to liquidate it on online platforms
11. Work on using spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized, monitor changes in product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement
12. Work on developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts

Who can apply:

1. Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics (salesforce)
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to navigate a cross-functional environment, positive attitude
3. AMS and Flip-kart PLA certified
4. 2-3 years of experience with an e-commerce company or a brand (preferably health & personal care, beauty category)
5. Knowledge of cataloging on Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, 1 mg, BlinkIt, Pharmeasy, Snapdeal, etc.
6. Hands-on knowledge of portals of various marketplaces and different functionalities
7. Basic knowledge of Excel to do analysis - lookup, pivot table
8. Ability to make sense of the data
9. Excellent communication skills

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
