Key responsibilities:
1. Answering inbound chats and calls generated through social media & website
2. Generating maximum revenue through cross-selling and offering additional products to customers
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
4. Managing end-to-end process completion of e-commerce sales
5. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport
6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
7. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
8. Developing quotes and proposals
9. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, and email
10. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
