Education Counsellor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Track the leads and follow them till the time visa is filed or is a dead lead
2. Work on counseling and course suggestions
3. Work on the finalization of courses after repeated discussions with students and parents
4. Work on documentation, including helping students with SOPs, LORs, etc.
5. Check the genuinity of documents and students through various means and interactions
6. Work on the entire application process
7. Work on application filing on the university/college portal or master agent portal
8. Work on all the processes involved in application filing like email creation, portal creation, etc.
9. Follow up with master agents and colleges/universities for further processing till the decision from them
10. Follow up by checking all communication modes for feedback from colleges/universities/master agents
11. Work on form filling and assistance to students with the same
12. Work on fees payment and documentation for any conditions in the offer
13. Complete documentation required for visa filing
14. Work on visa filing and timely communication with students, parents, internal and external stakeholders, and internal and external teams
15. Work on all the revenue-generating models communicated by management from time to time
16. Work on cross-selling various add-on services wherever possible
17. Help students and parents in every possible way
18. Get testimonials on various platforms from all the students and their parents
19. Work on back-office team management
20. Work on back office team appraisal and feedback to the management
21. Interact with the student and parents for their queries continuously
22. Ensure tight control of leads allotted
23. Develop a cordial relationship with students and parents
24. Work on resource planning in advance - any additional resources required should be discussed with management in advance
25. Coordinate with internal and external teams for smoother processing of applications
26. Work on daily reporting of progress on leads allotted

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidate from an education background, as the student has to be counseled for his higher education
