About the job

We are looking for financial advisors to evaluate and authorize loan applications for our students. You will act as a liaison between students & loan servicers ensuring that the qualified applicants will acquire loans on time.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require a loan
2. Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
3. Place outbound calls, send letters, and emails to contact delinquent borrowers and advise them of their repayment responsibility and options
4. Receive phone calls from students, answering their questions regarding their loan queries and repayment options
5. Analyse the financial status of a borrower
6. Monitor and analyze the steady pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met
7. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
8. Create lead engagement plans and strategy
9. Research the details pertaining to each offering and add to it on a timely basis
10. Ensure efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low turn-around-time and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
11. Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insight

Skills & Requirements:

1. Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics, or management
2. 1-2 years of experience ideally in the field of business development/sales
3. Candidates should have a keen interest in education loans and other financial products along with acumen for sales
4. The responsibility can vary from pitching loan products to working on loan operations in different geographies and primarily driving business
5. Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues
6. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a crucial skill set
7. The candidate should be dynamic, determined, persistent, and want to be a part of this education revolution

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 33,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,60,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 65%

2. Variable component: 35%
