Educational Counselor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the counselor
2. Handle the end-to-end processes from counseling, shortlisting, and admissions, to the Visa application
3. Work on the conversion of students for admission to international programs
4. Provide assistance in scholarship applications
5. Manage the entire sales for student enrollment
6. Call on leads, emails, & follow-ups
7. Achievement of allocated targets within the given time frame
8. Counsel students and parents for studying abroad
9. Be a productive, proactive, and effective member of leadership and support counselors through exhibiting a collaborative operating style
10. Contribute to achieving demonstrable outcomes for each individual cohort
11. Attend training and develop knowledge to convert students
12. Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
13. Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest.
14. Stay responsible for the lead generation of overseas education with references/word of mouth
15. Advise potential students on education study opportunities in UK/Australia/Canada/USA/Ireland/Europe ROW, etc.
16. Guide students for diploma, bachelor, post-graduation diploma, and masters degrees
17. Work on Visa documentation
18. Handle the counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow-up with prospects
19. Provide information on the list of universities
