We are an educational company driven by the vision to make science and mathematics learning enriching and fun. We are looking for fresh graduates or post-graduates who not just love science but also like to enable teachers and schools to implement our science experiential learning program. As an 'Educational Specialist', your job would be to learn, understand and master the hands-on science activities we have developed and ensure that these activities are implemented effectively in schools across India. You will be provided 20 days of initial training and post that, we will connect with one of our senior educator who will mentor you and groom you to become an educator who not just have a deeper knowledge of science but also an in-depth understanding of pedagogy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct an effective teacher training program to enable the teachers of the partner schools to effectively carry out activities in the classroom
2. Coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of classroom activities in all the partner schools
3. Design, create, implement necessary operations process to ensure error-free implementation of YELP program in partner schools
4. Build and maintain a healthy relationship with the all the stakeholders at the partner schools
5. Conduct effective parent orientations for the YELP program
6. Assist, coordinate, guide, support the sales team/clients in successfully identifying the suitable activities covering desired concepts by the client in their yearly curriculum
7. Conduct effective product demos through online or physical mode for a sales opportunity generated by the sales team
8. Support the partner schools on any specific requirement throughout the year either agreed upon in SLA or on approval from CLO
