1. Working with the core R&D team at Broomstick
2. Assisting and delegating tasks in defining and solving the electronics problems of the product
3. Working on creating and implementing circuits that would address the problem statement, both in digital and physical prototypes
4. Working on design, prototyping, optimization, testing, electrical and electronic circuit design, and other power electronics circuit
Skills and interests:
1. Should have an interest in electronics/mechatronics
2. Should have experience in motor controller circuits
3. Should have good knowledge of BMS and battery sizing
4. Should have relevant background knowledge of sensor working and its design
5. Should be able to design PCB according to industry standards
6. Experience in designing circuits using MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors, rectifiers, and ICs (gate drivers, PWM controllers, motor drivers, LDO, etc.)
7. Should have a better understanding of programming languages (C, C++, python)
8. General debugging & troubleshooting
9. Experience in microcontrollers and processors
10. Experience in using DSO and MSO
11. E&C, E&E, mechatronics engineer, or similar background
Remuneration/Compensation:
1. CTC of 2LPA (breakup of the same provided)
2. E-SOPs of the entity based on performance at the company

About Broomstick Cleantech LLP
Broomstick is a start-up, funded by ELEVATE (Karnataka Government initiative), aimed at developing a semi-automated and automated floor cleaning device. The traditional/conventional cleaning practices are out of date and are a time taking process. It also has the bane of musculoskeletal disorders that come along with these cleaning techniques over a long period of time. And hence there is a need for a better, modern, and ergonomic device that can replace traditional techniques.
The start-up provides ergonomic, budget light and semi-automated & automated devices that couple the sweeping and mopping mechanism to serve as a replacement to traditional brooms and cloth cleaning systems in Indian households.
