We are looking for a data-driven, organized & zestful individual to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retaining users through email marketing and automation. This candidate should be extremely organized and be able to segment audiences/data/leads accurately.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and execute email marketing campaigns and email automation
2. Ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines
3. Create and update templates and procedures for communicating to students applying for accommodation, including writing emails, and setting up templates
4. Drive value and retention of receivers, by managing the email list
5. Analyze performance and formulate innovative ideas to increase open rates and CTR and conversion
6. Create email campaigns based on user persona, user buying journey, user funnel stage, etc.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
Understanding of user psychology and what kind of copies work with the users is a must.
Some experience with email marketing
Hands-on experience with email builders like Mail Chimp, Sendinblue, etc. is a must
Must be well versed with all the technical aspects of promotional emails
Hands-on experience in working on campaigns involving large audiences
Ability to communicate, collaborate, advocate ideas as well as execute and take ownership of those ideas
Attention to detail
Should understand CSS & HTML
