TrakAff is on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic email support team member who is skilled in digital marketing, email Marketing, as well as having proficient English language skills in both speaking and writing. The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated to join a vibrant workplace and provides excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide technical assistance and customer service support to internal and external customers
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
4. Monitor and manage customer accounts, including sending out payment reminders and updating billing information
5. Analyze customer surveys and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
6. Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters
7. Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies
8. Identify and resolve customer issues
9. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,06,000 - 4,12,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 70%
2. Variable component: 25%
3. Other incentives: 5%
