1. Support the development of new consulting models & content, training curriculum based on the latest market needs and research in Operations Management area, Project Management and allied subjects
2. Continuous update of the existing consulting models
3. Market research and support Business Development to identify opportunities and new development areas
4. Maintain and build customer relationships during project execution
5. Internal support for public training programs
6. Support Project Operations by providing data analytics and report preparations
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree in B.E. mechanical (preferred)/production/electronics/computer science/computers and electrical engineering
2. Candidates from Mumbai (preferred) (candidates from other locations must be comfortable relocating to Mumbai)
3. Candidate must be comfortable traveling both domestic and internationally as and when needed for project support
4. Good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to learn and work with a variety of analytical software applications for process mapping, modeling, simulation, CAD designs, etc.
