Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing, and sales or related field of study
Experience in achieving targets with a proven track record of individual contribution and team handling
Ability to analyze customer needs and map favorable software solutions is desirable
Passionate about technology and a knack for problem-solving
Willing to develop unique and compelling solution selling skills
Hands-on knowledge of social media tools and technologies to reach out to prospects and leads nurturing
Ability to manage high-volume sales pipelines
Excellent verbal, in-person, and written communication is a must, in English
Passionate and organized with excellent time management skills
Experience in enterprise HR-tech domain would be a preferred
Industry experience is mandatory - B2B SaaS sales, CRM sales, enterprise sales, ERP Sales, HRMIS sales, conceptual selling, Salesforce, FreshBooks, Workday, Blackboard, Zoho, or LeadSquared
