Key responsibilities:

1. Work on multitasking and step into any part of the business seamlessly and get cracking to solve the problem at hand (the individual should have both the ability to think sharply and execute at a fast pace)
2. Work on being organized and establish business processes by spending time to gather insights and build solid processes/ SOPs to enable a seamless scaleup
3. Work with the founders and share feedback backed by strategic and analytical thinking with the founders on the current setup and take things in hand in improving
4. Work on collaborative problem solving and build robust feedback loops with multiple teams and help them solve critical problems, laying out a clear path for success, establish and maintaining KPIs (long story short, you are expected to solve critical business bottlenecks to enable swift scale-up)

What are we looking for?

1. Start-up or consulting experience of 1-5 years across product, user growth, customer experience, sales, etc.
2. A strong-willed, sharp problem solver and very strong in execution
3. While this role involves an element of strategizing, we expect candidates to have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty, and solve real problems
