Estimation Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily activities of an estimation department
2. Identify and learn customer requirements for bidding for government tenders
3. Study the techno-commercial feasibility and pricing for securing a contract through RFPs/tenders
4. Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments
5. Monitor and ensure the bid format meets clients' standards
6. Participate in pre and post-bid meetings as required
7. Ensure proposals and tenders are maintained in the database for cost tracking and historical information
8. Perform as liaison for project management when a tender is awarded
9. Maintain client relations by being the lead contact of proposals for the client
10. Implement technical estimating standards and procedures

Who can apply:

1. Experience in the tendering process of public sector entities
2. Working experience in EPC infrastructural projects
3. Experience in tendering, pre, and post bidding
4. Should have experience in different drawings, codes & standards, and quotation requirements for various projects
5. Experience in inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth communication from inception to commissioning and handover of the project
6. B.E/B. Tech in electrical engineering with a first-class degree
7. Should be a team-oriented person & work with a team having diverse knowledge
