Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Venue visits
2. Coordinating with the vendors and internal team on pre-event preparations
3. Travel/accommodation planning and budget planning
4. Venue Coordination
5. Vendor coordination
6. Logistics planning/coordination
7. Providing regular updates to all stakeholders on the day of the event
8. Provide technical oversight on the day of the event on event-related activities
9. Coordinate on post-event wrap-up
