Analystt.ai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced event management associate to join their team! The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing large and small-scale corporate events as part of the events team. As the event management associate, you will have the opportunity to bring your excellent event expertise to our team to create engaging, innovative, and cost-effective events. Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the event management process from initial conception and planning through post-event analysis
2. Oversee event venue selection, catering, d cor, and other event elements
3. Determine the cost estimates and budget allocations needed to execute events
4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
5. Work with the marketing team to promote events and ensure brand consistency
6. Utilize events management software to develop event timelines and track progress
7. Create and monitor event KPIs and analyze post-event feedback
8. Develop crisis management plans to ensure timely responses
9. Monitor and evaluate event outcomes and suggest strategies for improvement
10. Build and maintain relationships with participants and stakeholders

Requirements:
