Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and work on budget management
2. Manage the event execution team
3. Manage key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors from Pune, Maharashtra
4. Coordinate event communications including branding, online, and offline marketing
5. Handle event collaterals, event evaluation and reporting, and profit and loss analysis
