About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the event management sector.
2. Identify and generate leads, building a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their event needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure contracts.
5. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure profitable deals that align with company objectives.
6. Collaborate with the event production and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
8. Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
9. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company and establish valuable connections.
