Events Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Brainstorming and implementing event ideas and concepts
2. Preparing an event proposal and getting it approved by the relevant stakeholders
3. Preparing and adhering to the event budget
4. Documenting events expenses and invoices
5. Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
6. Handling logistics and ensuring deliverables are received on time
7. Coordinating with the social media team to cover the event
8. Preparing a post-event report for expenses and the success of the event

Who can apply:

1. Fresher or minimum 1-year experience in handling events
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Graduate in hospitality, PR, marketing, or related fields preferred
5. Passion for events & culture building through events
