About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Process, prepare, and extract invoices from the ERP system
2. Validate pricing and invoice terms for accuracy against workshop & event circulars/contracts. Reference is available in the invoice request portal
3. Work on GST registration to be verified in the portal. Fee structure to be matched with member/non-member details to be checked along with a discount if any
4. Send invoices and other documents to customers/ upload them in the invoice request portal electronically
5. Maintain internal files and provide data for reporting
6. Organize associated documents and maintain internal records for audit files
7. Identify, implement, and document process improvements with the operations manager
8. Meet and exceed service level targets on an individual and team basis
