Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
