A. Basic Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of work experience in an executive administrative capacity for leadership roles
2. 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook with a demonstrated ability to pick up new tools quickly
3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure and at scale
4. Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
B. Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
3. Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
7. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
8. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
