Executive Assistant (EA) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all day-to-day tasks of the co-founder
2. Facilitate communication and coordination with internal and external clients
3. Manage the calendars and arrange the meetings
4. Make travel and stay arrangements
5. Manage official expenses on behalf of the co-founder
6. Draft slides, prepare meeting notes or documentation, and record minutes of the meetings
7. Prepare and/or review internal and external

Requirements:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Previous experience working with senior management is preferred
3. Ability to multitask and organize tasks based on priorities
4. In-depth understanding of MS Office
5. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
6. Eager learner, a creative problem solver, and a good listener
7. CRM and lead management/ online research/ project management
8. An aptitude for mathematics and logic
9. Solid experience in resolving work-conflict situations
10. An ability to be constantly self-driven and organized
