We're looking for someone who is passionate about design and the business of fashion and would be willing to hustle to grow the brand. The job would require him/her to wear multiple hats from designing to design inputs to campaign ideation, product photoshoots to order management. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone willing to become an integral part of Etcetera's journey & get a glimpse of what it takes to build a D2C fashion brand.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on designing social media posts and posting them
2. Co-lead the development of marketing opportunities and campaign ideation (e.g. festival centric campaigns)
3. Co-lead & support the design aspect of marketing on e-commerce platforms
4. Co-lead & support the development of brand events (e.g. source upcoming events where the brand can participate)
5. Act as an ambassador for the brand at events
6. Work on on-site event assistance, including setup when necessary
7. Work on administration/POSM
8. Manage orders and logistics of delivery (including follow-up on deliveries, collections, etc.)
9. Work with vendors for the production of brand POSM/collaterals
Preferred candidates with at least 1-year experience
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Etcetera is a boutique brand under Hyphen creating bags from luxury fabrics & vegan leather in unique colors and textures. Founded in 2021 by Ashima Gulati - an established interior designer, the brand is a reflection of her love for bags and expertise in fabrics and textiles.
