Key responsibilities:

1. Stay updated with the latest trends and news in the related Venture Capital space and manage, organize and update information in a logical way for easy retrieval.
2. Undertake research by accessing databases, reports and coordination with Analytics team/concerned to facilitate decision making.
3. Ensure required information flow between the organization and the stakeholders and coordinate with the concerned for completion of the tasks associated with them.
4. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers such as IT support, office space, etc.
5. Create and manage budgets for office-related expenses of the General Partner and track Budget Vs actuals for the other departments.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements for partners, including booking flights and hotels, managing travel expenses, and ensuring compliance with travel policies.
7. Coordinate and organize company events such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
