You will collaborate with the offshore BD team to support new business growth by assuming complete ownership of the allotted prospect portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and expand the prospect database for the generation of effective leads
2. Understand the prospect's business and create effective pitch documents and customized marketing collaterals
3. Work on cold calling, reach out to international prospects and explain the value proposition
4. Maintain a BD activities tracker and actively follow up to schedule calls and meetings
5. Represent RocSearch in industry events to build relationships with key prospects
6. Contribute to the organization's skill-building and knowledge repository through training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Other requirements:
1. Graduates/Postgraduates in marketing or related discipline
2. Relevant internship experience (2-3 Internships - BD/pre-sales/research)
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
4. Ability to build rapport with international senior stakeholders over the phone
5. Sharp business acumen with an ability to form a quick understanding of RocSearch's business
6. Highly self-motivated and aggressive with a go-getter attitude
7. Ability to work in a team as well as individually
8. Driven by targets-linked pay schemes
9. Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
