About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage personnel files online and physical, statutory compliances
2. Support the development and implementation of HR processes
3. Maintain employment records/databases for audit purposes
4. Provide support in the induction and onboarding process
5. Coordinate logistics during employee training sessions
6. Assist line HRs with the recruitment process
7. Handle core HR-related administrative work as guided from time to time
Skill(s) required
HR Analytics MS-Office Recruitment
Who can apply

1. PGD/MBA/Diploma in HR is a must

2. 0-6 months experience in HR (immediate Joiners proffered)

3. While OTJ training will be provided, an incumbent is expected to be proficient in MS Office (Advanced excel and making presentations; hands-on experience on infographics is desirable)

4. An incumbent must be proactive/quick/have an eye for details/honest/have a sense of responsibility


Annual CTC: 3 LPA (All fixed)
