PGD/MBA/Diploma in HR is a must
0-6 months experience in HR (immediate Joiners proffered)
While OTJ training will be provided, an incumbent is expected to be proficient in MS Office (Advanced excel and making presentations; hands-on experience on infographics is desirable)
An incumbent must be proactive/quick/have an eye for details/honest/have a sense of responsibility
