1. Work on the recruitment process through posting vacancies on job portals, coordinating with the consultants, arranging walk-ins, referrals etc., screening applicants and inviting suitable candidates for face-to-face interviews
2. Maintain and update the employee database and work on all documentation work of new joiners
3. Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to attendance management, compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters training and development
4. Complete any other activity assigned by HOD/management
