Key responsibilities:

1. Take care of client accounts and make sure that client relationship is handled professionally
2. Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
3. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
4. Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
5. Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM in a timely manner
6. Own the complete sales process
7. Identity, qualify, sell, close, and administer

Requirements:

1. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, be smart, and have good presentation skills
2. Must have flair for working on targets and must have excellent convincing skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
