About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on all marketing and promotional activities
2. Work on school/tuition center tie-ups
3. Work on business development
4. Work on the achievement of daily, weekly or monthly sales targets for the respective centers assigned to them
5. Speak with aspiring students/parents and give them the right career options for courses
6. Work on compiling and analyzing market information so as to develop future strategies for the company
7. Work on the ethical compliance of all company policies
8. Work on generating data points and sources relevant to achieving the sales target
9. Work on calling on the prospective leads and data generated on a regular basis

Who can apply

1. Minimum of bachelor's/master's degree in any subject domain

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 22,000 - 29,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
