About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients & provide prompt, professional, and courteous service
2. Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services, escalating to management when necessary
3. Effectively manage customer data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
4. Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, building trust and confidence
5. Understand the sales process and be able to provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability
6. Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team, relay important information and feedback in a timely manner
7. Assist with preparing and coordinating sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed
8. Manage schedules and calendars & make travel arrangements as needed
9. Conduct research and compile data as requested
