Vedic Maths Forum India has been promoting Vedic mathematics globally since 2000. It was founded by Gaurav Tekriwal. Ever since its inception, the forum has been conducting workshops, talks, and presentations to spread the idea of Vedic mathematics based on the works of Tirthaji and to raise the standards of numeracy world-wide. About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Managing end-to-end recruitments & selection/employee documentation
2. Working on onboarding & induction
3. Maintaining attendance and payroll management
4. Managing performance appraisals and employee-related programs, etc.
5. Handling grievances
6. Working on exit formalities

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
