Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the TalentEase Leadership sessions at schools and colleges
2. Hold events within the school for the students and design competitions and challenges for their success
3. Travel to various schools and colleges for facilitation or coordination of TalentEase programs wherever it is running (not mandatory)
4. Adapt to the hybrid model of facilitating both online and in-classroom sessions
5. Build rapport with the school/college coordinator for smooth delivery of the TalentEase sessions
6. Assess, measure, and report the learning outcomes of the students to the team lead/zonal lead
7. Assist the company in various operational tasks while the sessions are not happening at schools or colleges during exams, winter break, or summer break
8. Design and develop course content along with the content team (not mandatory)
9. Discuss development ideas with the team leads/zonal lead
10. Work on taking up new projects and delivering on time
11. Organise and coordinate in-house and onsite activities like training, presentation, etc.
12. Ensure full attendance during company training and development programs

Who can apply:
