1. Degree holder in the relevant field from a reputed and premier institute

2. In-depth knowledge of the specialist subject and professional area

3. An in-depth understanding of pedagogy

4. Knowledge of both theory and practical subjects

5. In-depth knowledge of illustration, pattern making, drafting, draping, grading, and draping for male, female, and child

6. Knowledge of designing software like CorelDRAW, Illustrator & Photoshop

7. Teaching experience preferred with inclination and flare for teaching

8. Excellent communication skills

9. Should work with accountability and pro-activeness

10. Ability to identify areas requiring improved performance e.g. student numbers, student satisfaction
