About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing production in the workshop that starts from taking an order, giving dye, pattern making for hand work, overseeing the cutting & stitching of the outfit as per specification, quality check, packaging, and dispatch
2. Working on dealing with skilled laborers in-house and outsourced both, day-to-day vendors
3. Managing phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram inquiries on an everyday basis along with walk-in clients
4. Working on single-handedly managing staff (6 males & 1 female)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
