1. Providing comprehensive training and guidance to aspiring and practicing Montessori teachers, with a focus on an integrated methodology that includes Montessori, kindergarten, and nursery education
2. Facilitating workshops, conducting classroom observations, designing instructional materials, and offering ongoing support to ensure the effective implementation of our method
3. Working on basic accounting, maintaining records, coordinating with franchisees, and the office needs
Requirements:
1. Freshers with a passion for teaching, art, craft, handling basic accounts, and good communication skills in English
2. Dedicated and passionate about teaching early childhood care education
Note: The goal is to equip teachers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and understanding of the method and its integration to create optimal learning environments for children practically and theoretically
