1. Helping the festival team in doing the programming for the event
2. Coordinating with the authors
3. Scheduling & queuing the sessions for all the authors
4. Sending letters to authors
5. Staying in touch with authors/presenters, etc., answer their queries
6. Working on the master sheet and being on top of the master sheet/Google drive sheet - update all info with ref to information received, outreach, press interactions, etc.
7. Ensuring that all aspects of author interaction are addressed
8. Preparing and sending the invitation letters
9. Working on visa procedure
10. Preparing the passport particulars list for visa
11. Making cues and sharing session information with authors
12. Preparing festival schedules - including all engagements
13. Working on the travel schedule
