Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee farms and the management of livestock, crops, and grazing
2. Analyze soil and water samples to assess fertility and nutrition
3. Monitor and inspect specific crops in order to ensure optimal growth
4. Identify pests, diseases, and weeds and recommend appropriate control methods
5. Assist in the development and testing of more efficient growing methods
6. Provide consultation and advice to farm managers and ranchers on sustainable practices

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field
2. 1-3+ years of experience in a related field
3. Knowledge of plant and soil science
4. Ability to use laboratory and field-testing methods
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong planning and decision-making skills
7. Ability to work with minimal supervision
