Field Collection Executive - Personal Loan Collection Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Visit customers: Travel to customers' locations to collect outstanding personal loans, discuss payment plans, and resolve disputes.
2. Negotiate payment plans: Work with customers to negotiate payment plans, considering their financial situations and our company's policies.
3. Collect payments: Collect payments from customers, either in cash, check, or electronic transfer.
4. Provide customer service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customers' inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
5. Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and payment plans.
