Key responsibilities:

1. Work on tablet troubleshooting for any issues found
2. Work on connectivity level issue checks in software systems
3. Work on IT security infrastructure
4. Check the NAS box file count and whether is it updated or not

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interfaces, and IT security
2. Knowledge of computers, tablets, and phone troubleshooting
3. Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends
4. Graduate in any stream with at least 0-2 years of experience
